Vanta is seeking an Executive Business Partner to support the Chief Product Officer and VP of Product. You'll provide administrative and operational support to enable leaders to focus on impactful work. This role requires strong judgment and adaptability.
You have a proven track record of providing high-level administrative support to executives, demonstrating strong judgment and proactive thinking. You thrive in fast-paced environments and can adapt quickly to different working styles and priorities. Your ability to anticipate needs and stay ahead of shifting priorities is key to your success. You are motivated by execution and find energy in getting things done, ensuring that leaders can focus on their most impactful work. You understand the importance of collaboration and are eager to share best practices with your peers in the Executive Business Partner team. While prior security experience is not required, you are open to learning about the industry and its standards.
As an Executive Business Partner at Vanta, you will partner closely with senior executives, providing excellent administrative and operational support. Your role will involve managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, and ensuring seamless communication across the executive team. You will also support select projects aimed at improving operational effectiveness within the CPO organization and across the EBP team. Your responsibilities will include acting as a trusted gatekeeper, adapting to each leader's working style, and delivering high-quality support that enables them to focus on their core responsibilities. You will collaborate with other members of the Executive Business Partner team to share insights and enhance the overall effectiveness of the team.
