Squarespace is seeking a Senior Manager of Revenue FP&A to lead forecasting and analytics for their Websites and Commerce business lines. You'll develop financial models and provide insights to guide decision-making. This role requires strong analytical and leadership skills.

Who you are

You have over 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, particularly in revenue forecasting and analytics. Your expertise in building and interpreting complex financial models allows you to provide critical insights that drive business decisions. You are a strong people leader, adept at managing teams and fostering collaboration across departments. Your excellent interpersonal and communication skills enable you to present financial information clearly to diverse audiences, including senior leadership. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to make an immediate impact on the business. You understand the importance of building trusted relationships with stakeholders across Product, Marketing, and Commerce to align financial strategies with business goals.

Desirable

Experience in the tech industry or with subscription-based business models is a plus. Familiarity with data analytics tools and financial software will enhance your ability to deliver insights effectively. A background in strategic planning and operations will also be beneficial as you connect the dots between financial performance and business growth.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the monthly and quarterly revenue forecasting and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in delivering topline actuals analysis. You will prepare executive-level presentations that summarize financial performance and highlight key insights for decision-making. Your responsibilities will include developing scalable processes for revenue forecasting and analytics, acting as a thought partner to stakeholders across the Websites and Commerce business areas. You will oversee a team, guiding them in their analysis and ensuring they have the resources needed to succeed. You will also engage in strategic planning and special projects, connecting financial insights with broader business strategies to shape growth initiatives.
