DriveWealth is seeking a People Operations Coordinator to support the daily operations of the People Team. This role involves collaborating with various levels of the business to enhance employee experiences. The position is based in New York with a hybrid work model.

You are comfortable working closely with various stakeholders across the organization, ensuring that the People Team's initiatives align with the company's mission and values.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support the daily operations of the People Team, assisting with various HR functions and initiatives. You will collaborate with team members to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, contributing to a positive workplace culture. You will help coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company. Additionally, you will assist in organizing training and development programs, helping employees grow in their roles. You will also be involved in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Your role will require you to communicate effectively with employees at all levels, providing support and guidance as needed.
