Who you are

You are a detail-oriented individual with a high school diploma or equivalent experience. You have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role and practical experience in maintenance and/or logistics. Your ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both in writing and verbally, is essential for this role. You are comfortable using computers extensively and can sit for extended periods while managing multiple tasks.

What you'll do

As a Transportation Coordinator at Carvana, you will be responsible for handling administrative tasks related to nationwide network inquiries and on-road escalation incidents. You will prepare communications for team members and operations leadership, ensuring that all relevant parties are informed. Your role will involve interacting with various teams and departments via phone and email to resolve incidents and meet service level objectives. You will assist in real-time incident management, providing support to drivers and logistics field teams to maintain route integrity and service levels. Additionally, you will document incidents accurately and communicate their status and resolution plans to leadership.
