You have a strong background in solutions engineering, ideally with experience in SaaS applications — you understand the sales process and the critical role you play in ensuring a world-class customer experience. Your ability to conduct thorough discovery sessions allows you to uncover customer pain points and align them with the value that Asana can provide. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to facilitate better collaboration with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders. Your deep product knowledge and technical expertise empower you to create tailored presentations and demonstrations that resonate with customers. You are a trusted advisor who can quantitatively showcase the benefits of Asana's technology, ensuring that prospects see the potential ROI.
Experience in a customer-facing role within a technology company is a plus — familiarity with project management tools or methodologies can enhance your effectiveness in this position. A background in sales engineering or customer success will also be beneficial as you navigate complex customer needs and drive solutions.
In this role, you will partner closely with the Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services teams to gather insights and strategize on customer-specific solutions. Additionally, you will support the greater Solutions Engineering team in developing hybrid models that facilitate seamless collaboration among global team members.
