Google is seeking a Senior Creative Director to lead the development of customer-facing materials and strategies for advertising sales. You'll leverage your expertise in marketing and media to drive brand growth in São Paulo.
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and at least 5 years of experience creating and presenting customer-facing materials for sales teams. Your background includes 5 years in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, or media, with a strong understanding of consumer and market insights, media measurement, and the privacy landscape. You are fluent in English and Portuguese, enabling you to effectively engage with local stakeholders. With 10 years of experience preferred, you possess a deep understanding of the creator economy and how to leverage it for brand growth. You can define local video strategy and create frameworks for executive audiences, translating creative ideas into business-generating initiatives.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating compelling pitches and narratives that resonate with clients and drive sales. You will collaborate closely with the Brand Solutions team to align creative content with client objectives, ensuring that your strategies are actionable and relevant to local market trends. Your ability to influence beyond media buyers will be crucial as you connect with Creative and Planning leads at agencies to drive YouTube's growth and the adoption of Google’s creative trends. You will build trusted relationships with customers, uncovering their business needs and translating them into powerful solutions that achieve their most ambitious goals. You will also work on maximizing customer success through innovative and strategic initiatives that deliver extraordinary outcomes for both Google and its clients.
