What you'll do

In this role, you will facilitate the coordination and scheduling of interviews, ensuring that all logistics are handled smoothly. You will communicate all interview details to candidates, providing them with the necessary information to prepare for their interviews. On-the-fly troubleshooting will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you will need to adapt to any scheduling changes that may arise. You will act as the primary point of contact during onsite interviews in San Francisco, ensuring that both candidates and interviewers have a positive experience. Additionally, you will manage the tracking of candidates in our scheduling system and handle travel arrangements and accommodations as needed. Your role will be crucial in creating a seamless and efficient hiring process that reflects Checkr's commitment to building trusted workplaces.
