Overview

Grammarly is seeking a Senior Account Based Experience Manager to develop and execute ABM programs for enterprise and education audiences. You'll collaborate with various teams to create campaigns that drive growth. This role requires strong experience in account-based marketing strategies.

Who you are

You have a strong background in account-based marketing, with at least 5 years of experience in developing and executing successful ABM programs. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product marketing, and customer success, has been key to your success in driving growth in strategic accounts. You understand the nuances of targeting enterprise and educational audiences, and you are adept at creating tailored marketing strategies that resonate with these groups.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively to various stakeholders. Your analytical mindset enables you to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions that enhance marketing effectiveness. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment, balancing focus time with collaborative efforts to foster innovation and team culture.

Desirable

Experience with AI-driven marketing tools and platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with the education sector. You are proactive in seeking out new opportunities for growth and are always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing account-based marketing strategies that align with Superhuman's goals. You will work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify key accounts and create targeted campaigns that drive engagement and conversion. Your efforts will focus on enhancing the customer experience and ensuring that our messaging resonates with enterprise and educational audiences.

You will analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine our approach and ensure that we are meeting the needs of our target audiences. Collaborating with product marketing, you will help shape the narrative around our offerings and ensure that our campaigns effectively communicate the value of our products.

As part of the Revenue Marketing team, you will contribute to the overall strategy and execution of marketing initiatives that support growth objectives. You will leverage data and insights to measure the success of your campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
