You are a collaborative leader who can work effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between finance and other departments such as marketing and operations. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to present financial information clearly to stakeholders at all levels. You are proactive in identifying financial risks and opportunities, and you have a track record of implementing effective financial strategies that support organizational goals.

Desirable

Experience with data governance and compliance in healthcare is a plus, as is familiarity with financial software and tools that enhance reporting and analysis. You may also have a background in fundraising or investor relations, which would be beneficial for this role.

What you'll do
