Amazon Ads Partners play a crucial role in this landscape, helping brands achieve and exceed their desired outcomes through tech innovation and expert managed services. Our team builds partnerships across the advertising landscape to drive innovation and growth for all brands, including those that do not sell on Amazon.com.

At the heart of this initiative is the Amazon Ads Partner Growth Marketing Team. We enhance partner expertise, capabilities, and visibility through bespoke marketing programs that foster growth for advertisers, partners, and Amazon Ads. To further our mission, we're seeking a Strategic Partner Spotlight Lead to spearhead breakthrough showcase initiatives, unlock new possibilities for partner recognition, and shape the future of our partner network.

The Strategic Partner Spotlight Lead will drive programs that elevate partner success stories and innovations. Working closely with partner teams and key stakeholders, you'll build new partner-first initiatives, create thought leadership platforms, and forge opportunities that demonstrate the power of our partnerships.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in partner marketing and innovation programs, combining deep understanding of partner needs with creative approaches to recognition and amplification. You should thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while maintaining strong program management capabilities to evaluate opportunities and measure success. Above all, you should be passionate about showcasing partner excellence and innovation in the advertising landscape.


Key job responsibilities
• Design and execute high-visibility partner showcase programs that highlight partner success stories, innovative solutions, and breakthrough achievements in advertising technology
• Develop and manage strategic spotlight initiatives that elevate partner visibility through co-branded content and scalable recognition frameworks
• Create compelling thought leadership opportunities for partners through strategic content programs, speaking engagements, and innovation showcases
• Lead partner-first marketing initiatives that demonstrate the value and innovation of our partner network while accelerating adoption of new solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, develop, and amplify partnership success stories while maintaining strategic relationships with key stakeholders- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience in online advertising, marketing, sales or digital media
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)- Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment, high-tech products/services
- Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $106,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
