You have over 2 years of experience in product operations or PMO, demonstrating a strong ability to analyze needs and diagnose processes. Your skills in documentation and internal system management are well-honed, allowing you to produce structured insights and recommendations effectively. You excel in cross-departmental collaboration and information integration, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed. Proficiency in tools like Notion, Excel, and Google Workspace is essential, and familiarity with BI tools or basic SQL is a plus. You possess a self-driven attitude and a sense of ownership, enabling you to define goals and actions even in ambiguous tasks. Your logical thinking and clear communication skills make you an asset in any team setting.

What you'll do

In this role, you will work closely with pricing operations, product, and development teams to identify process pain points and potential needs. You will manage and analyze demand sources from various channels, ensuring that insights are actionable and relevant. Regularly tracking competitor features and strategies will be part of your responsibilities, allowing you to propose differentiated suggestions that enhance Coupang's offerings. You will write insightful reports and structured recommendations to support product planning, while also maintaining operational documentation and guidelines to build a comprehensive knowledge base. Managing and supporting outsourced task deliveries will be crucial, as you will be responsible for initial outcome acceptance and feedback on issues. Additionally, you will assist in managing internal system settings and daily maintenance tasks, ensuring operational stability and efficiency. Your role will also involve compiling, tracking, and visualizing data related to demand and quality, contributing to informed decision-making across the organization.
