TripActions is seeking an Account Executive to manage the full sales cycle in the UK&I territory. You'll leverage your experience in closing complex deals and building relationships with C-level executives. This role requires 3+ years of experience in a full-cycle closing role, ideally in SaaS.

Job Description

Who you are

You have 3+ years of experience in a full-cycle closing role, ideally within the SaaS industry — you've successfully navigated complex sales processes and understand the nuances of selling to C-level executives. Your track record includes closing deals exceeding $150k, showcasing your ability to influence and build strong relationships with prospects. You are adept at outbound prospecting and conducting product demonstrations, which are crucial for generating net new meetings with potential customers. Your familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDICC and Challenger equips you to uncover customer needs effectively and articulate the value proposition of your products. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a consistent history of hitting or exceeding sales targets, demonstrating your high adaptability and growth mindset. You understand the importance of collaboration, both internally and externally, to achieve success in your role.

Desirable

Experience selling into Finance stakeholders is preferred, as it will enhance your ability to connect with key decision-makers in target organizations. A growth mindset is essential — you possess the ability and desire to learn and pivot your skill sets based on evolving business needs.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the entire sales lifecycle from initial outreach to close and launch, ensuring a seamless experience for your clients. You will develop strategies for closing opportunities within your assigned territory, leveraging your expertise to generate net new meetings through personalized outreach. Your responsibilities will include interfacing and selling to multiple personas within target organizations, ensuring that you articulate our value proposition effectively using appropriate sales qualification standards. You will be responsible for all sales activity and monthly forecasting of revenue in Salesforce, which will require you to maintain accurate records and provide insights into your sales pipeline. Achieving monthly sales quotas will be a key performance indicator for your success in this position, and you will be expected to demonstrate a proactive approach to meeting these targets.
