PagerDuty is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to drive new business and support key strategic accounts. You'll leverage your experience in enterprise, multi-product SaaS software to deliver exceptional sales experiences. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and a customer-focused approach.
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in enterprise and multi-product SaaS environments — you've successfully driven new business and fostered relationships with key stakeholders at various organizational levels. Your ability to communicate effectively with C-suite executives and individual contributors alike sets you apart. You are passionate about championing the customer experience and transforming challenges into business-driven solutions. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to work with a team that values diversity and inclusion.
Experience in digital operations management or familiarity with PagerDuty's products is a plus. You are comfortable navigating complex sales cycles and have a strategic mindset that allows you to identify opportunities for growth within your accounts. A background in technology sales or a related field will enhance your ability to connect with clients and understand their needs.
In this role, you will be responsible for the overall success and sales performance of a defined account territory. You will engage with clients to understand their digital transformation strategies and how PagerDuty can support their goals. Your day-to-day will involve identifying challenges within customer environments and articulating the positive impact of resolving these issues through PagerDuty's solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded.
You will also be tasked with developing and executing strategic account plans that align with PagerDuty's vision and objectives. This includes conducting regular business reviews with clients to assess their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. Your ability to influence and foster relationships will be key to driving customer success and retention.
