Reflection is seeking an Engagement Manager to drive the adoption of their AI technology across enterprises. You'll manage the end-to-end AI deployment lifecycle and work closely with technical teams to deliver measurable business outcomes. This role requires strong strategic advisory skills and the ability to navigate organizational complexities.
You have a proven track record in managing complex projects and driving organizational change, ideally with experience in technology adoption within enterprises. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders sets you apart, as you can translate technical complexities into executive-level updates. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Your strategic mindset allows you to identify high-value use cases and structure engagements that deliver measurable outcomes. You are adept at managing customer relationships, maintaining regular communication with executive sponsors and technical leads to ensure project success. You understand the importance of facilitating access to customer subject-matter experts and navigating organizational complexities to enable project delivery.
Experience in AI or technology deployment is a plus, as is familiarity with drafting Statements of Work (SOWs) that outline project scope and success criteria. A background in consulting or strategic advisory roles would enhance your ability to support technical discovery sessions and structure strategic engagements effectively.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end AI deployment lifecycle, from identifying high-value use cases to driving organizational change and scaled adoption of Reflection’s technology. You will support technical discovery sessions to understand customer requirements and work alongside Solutions Architects and Forward Deployed Engineers to structure strategic engagements. Your responsibilities will include drafting Statements of Work (SOWs) that outline project scope, milestones, and success criteria. You will enable Forward Deployed Engineers during project delivery by navigating organizational complexity and facilitating access to customer subject-matter experts, systems, and data. Managing customer relationships will be key, as you will maintain a regular cadence with executive sponsors and technical leads, surfacing issues and celebrating wins. You will lead delivery operations, including sprint ceremonies, milestone reviews, and progress reporting, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.
