Product Design Manager

Desirable

Experience with rapid prototyping and usability testing is a plus, as is familiarity with design systems and tools that facilitate collaboration across teams. What you'll do

As the Product Design Manager at CLEAR, you will own the end-to-end design vision for our aviation and travel products. This involves leading the design process from initial research and ideation through to final delivery, ensuring that every touchpoint—whether at an airport kiosk or on a mobile device—provides a seamless and frictionless experience for our members. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop design solutions that not only meet user needs but also support CLEAR's business objectives. Your role will include conducting user research to gather insights, creating wireframes and prototypes, and iterating on designs based on user feedback. You will champion human-centered design principles within the team, advocating for the needs of our users while balancing business requirements.
