Design Recruiter, AMER (Fixed Term Contract)

You have experience as a Design Recruiter, ideally with a focus on product design, brand design, content design, design engineering, and UX research. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are driven to build diverse talent pipelines. Your strong operational skills help you stay organized amidst change, and you possess excellent verbal and written communication skills that blend professionalism with friendliness. You are a builder who embraces new ideas and is unafraid to navigate ambiguity.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the full-cycle recruiting process for niche design searches, partnering with senior leaders across the design organization to understand hiring objectives. You will develop and implement recruiting strategies that identify top talent and contribute to the geo strategy with insights into the talent market. You will track and analyze hiring metrics, reporting progress to leadership regularly. Your focus will be on creating a best-in-class candidate experience and initiating creative changes to existing recruiting processes to enhance efficiency.
