Overview

Zscaler is seeking a Director of AMS Benefits to lead the strategy and execution of their benefits portfolio across the Americas. This role requires strong leadership and strategic vision to ensure competitive and compliant programs.

Who you are

You are a visionary leader with extensive experience in benefits strategy and design, ideally with a background in Total Rewards. You understand the importance of creating competitive and culturally relevant benefits programs across diverse markets, and you have a proven track record of driving unified regional visions. Your strategic mindset allows you to navigate complex challenges while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. You thrive in high-impact environments where accountability and collaboration are key to success.

You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to build trust and foster constructive debates within your team and across the organization. You are passionate about creating a culture of execution centered on customer obsession and ownership, and you are driven by the purpose of making a positive difference on a global scale. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office presence with remote flexibility.

Desirable

Experience in leading benefits programs across multiple countries in the Americas is a plus. Familiarity with compliance regulations and cultural nuances in benefits design will set you apart. You are also adept at leveraging data to inform decision-making and enhance program effectiveness.

What you'll do

As the Director of AMS Benefits at Zscaler, you will lead the strategy, design, and execution of our benefits portfolio across the Americas, ensuring that our programs are competitive, compliant, and culturally relevant. You will collaborate closely with the Global Head of Benefits to align regional strategies with global objectives. Your role will involve analyzing market trends and employee feedback to continuously improve our offerings and drive employee engagement.

You will oversee the implementation of benefits programs, ensuring they meet the diverse needs of our workforce across the US, Canada, and Latin America. This includes managing vendor relationships and ensuring that all programs comply with applicable regulations. You will also play a key role in communicating benefits offerings to employees, ensuring they understand and appreciate the value of their benefits.

In this position, you will lead a team of benefits professionals, providing guidance and support to help them excel in their roles. You will foster a collaborative environment where innovative ideas are encouraged, and you will be responsible for mentoring team members to develop their skills and careers.
