What you'll do

As a Gateway & AIO Service Analyst, you will be responsible for configuring and administering licenses across two gateway platforms. This includes creating, deactivating, and modifying terminals to ensure accurate registration. You will review and maintain the Gateway department inventory, ensuring that all records are up to date and accurate. Your role will involve coordinating and scheduling installations with the Field Services team, adhering to contractually established service level agreements.

You will follow up on customer requests, collaborating with internal teams to remove any blockers that may arise. Your ability to communicate effectively with both customers and internal stakeholders will be crucial in ensuring that customer needs are met promptly. You will also be involved in maintaining documentation related to customer operations and service management processes.
