What you'll do

As the Cosmetic Line Lead, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the Inspection Center, ensuring that vehicles are processed efficiently and meet Carvana's rigorous standards. You will oversee the movement of cars into and out of the facility, coordinating with your team to meet production targets. Your role will involve regular assessments of team performance, providing coaching and feedback to help associates improve their skills and productivity. You will also be tasked with identifying areas for operational improvement and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and quality.

In addition to managing production, you will engage with your team to foster a positive work environment, encouraging collaboration and communication.
