Elastic is seeking a Security Enterprise Account Executive to expand their Enterprise and Strategic customer accounts. You'll work with Elastic Security solutions, including SIEM and Cloud Security, to drive business growth. This role requires experience in security solutions and account management.
You have a strong background in sales, particularly in the technology sector, with a focus on security solutions. Your experience includes working with enterprise-level clients, ideally those with over 4,000 employees, and you understand the complexities of managing large accounts. You are skilled at building relationships with security leaders and have a proven track record of expanding business within existing accounts. You thrive in collaborative environments, mentoring and coaching account executives to effectively position security offerings. Your ability to communicate complex security concepts clearly is one of your key strengths.
Experience with Elastic Security solutions or similar products is a plus. Familiarity with SIEM, Security Analytics, Endpoint Security, and Cloud Security will help you excel in this role. You are data-driven and can leverage analytics to inform your sales strategies. A background in cybersecurity or a related field will enhance your understanding of customer needs and market trends.
In this role, you will prospect and build awareness of Elastic Security solutions within new accounts, acting as both a player and coach to account executives. You will develop and execute account strategies that align with customer needs and business goals. Building strong relationships with security leaders in your region will be crucial as you work to expand the Elastic Security footprint. You will collaborate closely with account management teams, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure successful demonstrations of Elastic Security solutions across organizations. Your responsibilities will also include managing opportunities through to closure, ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service and support throughout the sales process.
