This position offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on Amazon's expansion strategy while working with cross-functional teams across Europe to deliver exceptional customer value.

Key job responsibilities

• Strategic Pricing Initiatives: Own and execute high-impact pricing projects designed to accelerate growth, including competitive positioning strategies, price perception improvements, and country-specific pricing optimizations
• Cross-Country Coordination: Partner with Cross Functional teams to ensure coordinated pricing strategies across expansion stores while adapting approaches to local competitive landscapes, regulatory requirements, and customer behaviors
• Competitive Intelligence & Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitor pricing strategies across Belgium, Netherlands, Sweden, and Poland, providing actionable insights to inform pricing decisions and maintain competitive positioning
• Process Optimization: Continuously improve automated pricing processes and controls, ensuring settings are optimized while maintaining adherence to pricing tenets
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with country managers, category teams, and regional leadership to align pricing strategies with business objectives and provide pricing expertise for local-specific initiatives
• Performance Monitoring: Track and report on pricing KPIs, customer price perception metrics, and competitive positioning across monitored stores, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement

• Prior experience in pricing, business analysis, consulting, or related analytical roles
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel, with demonstrated ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with ability to present complex findings to senior leadership
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive results in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
• Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in pricing strategy, revenue management, or competitive analysis
• Previous experience working in e-commerce, retail, or marketplace environments
• Proficiency in additional European languages (Dutch, German, French, Swedish, or Polish)
• Demonstrated track record of leading cross-functional pricing initiatives and driving measurable business impact
