Verkada is seeking an Enterprise Sales Enablement Manager to design and deliver impactful programs for their sales team. You'll collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance sales effectiveness. This role requires a strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and methodologies.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in enterprise sales enablement, with experience in designing and implementing training programs that drive sales performance. Your deep understanding of the enterprise sales cycle allows you to create tailored resources that empower sales teams to engage effectively with large accounts. You possess strong project management skills, enabling you to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously while ensuring alignment with sales objectives. Collaboration is key for you; you thrive in environments where you can work closely with sales leadership, marketing, and product teams to identify priorities and develop enablement strategies. You are passionate about empowering sales professionals and have a knack for translating complex concepts into actionable insights that drive revenue growth.

Desirable

Experience in the physical security or technology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling or Challenger Sales. You are comfortable using data to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and make data-driven decisions to enhance training initiatives. A background in instructional design or adult learning principles would be beneficial, allowing you to create engaging and effective training content.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with the Enterprise Sales team to identify their training needs and develop comprehensive enablement programs that enhance their skills and knowledge. You will design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and resources that equip sales professionals with the tools they need to succeed in engaging with complex accounts. Your role will involve analyzing sales performance data to identify gaps in knowledge and skills, allowing you to tailor your programs accordingly. You will also work closely with marketing to ensure that sales teams have access to the latest product information and marketing materials that support their efforts. Additionally, you will facilitate ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure that the sales team remains up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
