Client Service Intern

Who you are

You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or you have recently graduated with a strong academic record. You possess effective time management skills and can multi-task under tight deadlines. You are goal-oriented and organized, thriving in a highly active environment where you enjoy learning new things. You have a high level of fluency in both Korean and English, and knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.

What you'll do

In this role, you will connect with global advisors who are experts in their fields to assist Project Managers with their strategy and research projects for top clients both in Korea and across the globe. You will work on tasks and projects assigned by the Project Managers, coordinating with vetted experts to organize various forms of consultations with clients. Additionally, you will assist in recruiting top industry subject matter experts into the Guidepoint network by screening their suitability for specific projects. You will also perform ad-hoc industry research to identify topical trends or alternative outreach platforms when necessary, all while operating with a teamwork mentality that fosters strong relationships with your colleagues.
