Overview

Catawiki is seeking a Learning & Development Intern to coordinate onboarding and drive intern community events. This role is ideal for someone looking to transition from academic theory to practical impact in a scale-up environment.

Job Description

Who you are

You are an enthusiastic individual eager to kickstart your career in Learning and Development. As a recent graduate or someone with limited professional experience, you are ready to embrace your first real job and make a meaningful contribution to the team. You possess strong organizational skills and a passion for helping others grow and succeed in their roles. You are open to feedback and thrive in a collaborative environment, embodying the core values of Catawiki.

Desirable

While prior experience in Learning and Development is not required, any exposure to talent management or onboarding processes will be beneficial. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are excited about the opportunity to shape the onboarding experience for new hires.

What you'll do

In your role as Learning & Development Intern, you will take ownership of the DNA Week Experience, coordinating the end-to-end onboarding journey for new hires. This involves ensuring a seamless and inspiring transition for every new Catawiki employee, from their first day to their integration into the company culture. You will collaborate closely with the Talent Management team to enhance the onboarding process and create a welcoming atmosphere for new team members.

Additionally, you will drive the Intern Community & Events initiative, partnering with fellow interns to organize engaging activities and events that foster a sense of belonging and community among interns. Your role will involve planning, executing, and evaluating these events to ensure they meet the needs and interests of the intern cohort.

You will also assist in gathering feedback from new hires and interns to continuously improve the onboarding experience. By analyzing this feedback, you will help identify areas for enhancement and contribute to the development of training materials and resources that support new employees in their roles.

What we offer

Catawiki offers a unique opportunity to work in a vibrant and diverse environment where you can make a real impact. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in Learning and Development, working alongside experienced professionals who are dedicated to nurturing talent. You will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive setting, with opportunities for mentorship and guidance.

We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every requirement in the job description. At Catawiki, we believe that everyone has something to contribute, and we are excited to explore how you can join us on this journey.
