Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in customer success management, particularly within enterprise environments, where you've successfully built and maintained relationships with key stakeholders. Your ability to advocate for customers internally is complemented by your strong analytical skills, allowing you to identify unique customer needs and translate them into actionable insights. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional value to customers. Your experience in driving product adoption and usage trends positions you as a strategic partner to your clients, ensuring they achieve their business goals with Datadog's solutions.

Desirable

Experience with data analysis tools and methodologies is a plus, as is familiarity with the Datadog platform. You understand the importance of aligning customer objectives with product capabilities, and you are comfortable leading strategic reviews and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to demonstrate impact and define next steps. Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to convey complex technical concepts in a way that resonates with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What you'll do

In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to some of Datadog's largest and most strategic customers, orchestrating internal teams to align on customer goals and deliver clear value narratives. You will proactively engage with executive, technical, and business stakeholders to understand their objectives and ensure that Datadog's solutions are effectively meeting their needs. Leading quarterly business reviews, you will analyze adoption and usage trends to quantify the value delivered and extract insights from large datasets. Your recommendations will be financially grounded, driving strategic opportunities for both the customer and Datadog.
