You are an aspiring automotive technician with at least 6 months of professional automotive repair experience. You have a keen eye for detail and are eager to learn and grow in the automotive industry. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English. You are ready to work in a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering high-quality service to customers.
While not required, any additional certifications or training in automotive repair will be considered a plus. A passion for cars and a desire to advance your skills in automotive technology will help you thrive in this role.
As an Entry-Level Auto Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing light maintenance tasks and conducting initial inspections on vehicles. You will check fluids, look for imperfections, and identify any repairs needed during the reconditioning process. You will work with state-of-the-art tools in a high-tech Inspection Center, ensuring that each vehicle meets Carvana's quality standards before it reaches customers.
You will receive training programs designed to enhance your skills and help you progress in your career. You will collaborate with experienced technicians and learn best practices in automotive repair and maintenance. Your role will involve following safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
