Overview

Job Description

Who you are

You are detail-oriented and customer-focused, with a strong ability to manage relationships and provide regular updates on service delivery metrics. You thrive in environments where you can ensure a seamless onboarding experience for both new and existing customers, driving positive sentiment and creating referenceable clients. Your proactive approach allows you to handle ad-hoc internal and customer projects effectively, ensuring that customer needs are met with precision and care.

What you'll do
