Hudl is hiring an Engineering Manager for their MLOps & Edge Infrastructure team to lead a new squad in London. You'll work with AI technologies and MLOps infrastructure to enhance autonomous tracking features. This role requires strong leadership and technical skills in AI and machine learning.
You have a strong background in engineering management, with experience leading teams in the AI and machine learning space. You understand the intricacies of MLOps and have a passion for bridging the gap between research and practical applications. Your leadership style is collaborative, and you thrive in environments where you can mentor and guide your team while also contributing technically. You are comfortable with hands-on work, spending a portion of your time architecting solutions and writing tooling. Experience with edge infrastructure and smart camera technologies is a plus. Familiarity with agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration will help you succeed in this role. You will collaborate closely with the Embedded squad in the Netherlands to enhance the integration of AI models with device capabilities.
