Who you are

You have experience as a Business Analyst, ideally with a background in the insurance sector. You excel at gathering business requirements through collaborative sessions, ensuring that user stories are well-defined and approved by business users. Your ability to create clear and concise user stories, including business rules and definitions of done (DoD) and ready (DoR), is essential for meeting business expectations. You are skilled in developing mockups and prototypes to visualize requirements alongside user stories, ensuring that all aspects of the design are covered. You are familiar with creating flow diagrams for business processes and are comfortable participating in Scrum ceremonies to facilitate project progress. Continuous knowledge transfer is important to you, and you work closely with team leads to ensure operational continuity from solution design.

Desirable

Experience in the insurance industry is a plus, as is proficiency in English. Your skills in modeling and documentation will enhance your contributions to the team.

What you'll do
