You have a proven track record in sales management, particularly in the enterprise sector, with at least 5 years of experience leading sales teams and driving revenue growth. You are a strategic thinker who can analyze market trends and adapt your approach to meet the evolving demands of the industry. Desirable

Experience in the tech industry, particularly with cloud services or cybersecurity, is a plus. Familiarity with sales tools and CRM systems will help you manage your pipeline effectively. What you'll do

As a Senior Sales Manager at Cloudflare, you will lead a team of Account Executives and Business Development Representatives focused on enterprise clients. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute sales strategies that align with Cloudflare's mission to build a better Internet. You will work closely with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that resonate with potential clients, ensuring that your team has the resources they need to succeed. You will also collaborate with Solution Engineers and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients, addressing any technical challenges they may face.

You will be responsible for setting sales targets and KPIs for your team, monitoring performance, and providing coaching and support to help them achieve their goals. Regularly analyzing sales data and market trends will be crucial in refining your strategies and identifying new opportunities for growth. You will represent Cloudflare at industry events and conferences, showcasing our solutions and building relationships with potential clients.
