Gopuff is seeking a Senior Counsel, Litigation & Employment to manage the company's litigation docket and provide employment counseling. This role requires significant legal expertise and offers the opportunity for professional growth.
You have 5+ years of experience in litigation and employment law, demonstrating a strong understanding of legal principles and practices. You thrive in environments where you can take ownership of complex legal matters and provide strategic advice to senior leadership. Your ability to navigate independent contractor compliance and workforce issues is well-established, and you are comfortable working across various legal areas, including commercial contracting and product counseling. You value collaboration and professionalism, and you are motivated by the opportunity to make a tangible impact in a fast-moving business.
Experience in a consumer-facing business is a plus, as is familiarity with the challenges and opportunities that arise in such environments.
