What you'll do

In this role, you will lead strategic data initiatives that connect insights across Block's various entities, including Square and Cash App. You will spearhead analyses that form authoritative points of view on complex business challenges, synthesizing holistic insights that drive the company's direction. Your work will involve partnering with UX researchers and market researchers to integrate behavioral and survey data, ensuring that your analyses are comprehensive and impactful. You will be responsible for translating complex behavioral signals into narratives that influence high-stakes business decisions and shape long-term strategy. Your ability to communicate findings effectively will be crucial in collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing key stakeholders.
