Life360 is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Strategy Manager to architect end-to-end member journeys and drive intelligent lifecycle experiences. You'll work with SQL, Python, and AI-driven personalization strategies. This role requires experience in consumer tech and subscription services.
You have 5+ years of experience in lifecycle strategy or marketing, ideally within consumer tech or subscription services. Your background includes working with predictive models and AI-driven personalization, allowing you to create engaging member experiences that resonate with users. You are familiar with tools like Braze and have a solid understanding of SQL and Python for data exploration. You thrive in cross-functional teams, often collaborating with product, engineering, and marketing to drive impactful strategies. Your experience in MarTech stack evolution and CDP architecture positions you as a key player in transforming member engagement. You are passionate about using data to inform decisions and enhance user experiences, ensuring that every interaction adds value.
Experience with propensity modeling and predictive audiences is a plus, as is familiarity with digital transformation initiatives. You understand the nuances of family-focused products and how to tailor strategies that resonate with diverse audiences. Your ability to work in pod or squad-based teams will help you navigate the complexities of lifecycle management effectively.
In this role, you will lead the transformation of Life360's member engagement strategy, moving from traditional calendar-driven campaigns to intelligent, always-on lifecycle experiences. You will architect end-to-end member journeys that leverage predictive models and automation to deliver personalized value at critical moments. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that our lifecycle strategies align with broader company goals and enhance user satisfaction. You will analyze data to identify trends and opportunities, using insights to refine and optimize lifecycle campaigns continuously. Your role will involve developing and implementing strategies that drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement, ultimately contributing to Life360's mission of keeping families connected. You will also be responsible for monitoring the performance of lifecycle initiatives, adjusting tactics as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
