BitGo is seeking a Sales Director to drive revenue growth across their digital asset solutions. You'll leverage your extensive network in the pensions, endowments, foundations, and family offices sectors. This role requires significant experience in financial services or technology sales.
You have a proven track record of success in sales, particularly within the financial services sector, with at least 5 years of experience. Your expertise includes building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the pensions, endowments, foundations, and family offices space. You are passionate about digital assets and have a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in this rapidly evolving market. Your strong communication skills enable you to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively, making you an effective advocate for BitGo's innovative solutions. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are driven by results, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. You are a strategic thinker who can identify new business opportunities and develop tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Experience in technology sales is a plus, particularly in areas related to digital assets or blockchain technology. A strong network within the financial services industry will enhance your ability to succeed in this role. Familiarity with BitGo's product offerings, including custody, wallets, staking, trading, and settlement services, will be beneficial.
As the Sales Director at BitGo, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing ones. You will represent BitGo's suite of products, including secure wallets and regulated custody solutions, to institutional clients. Your role will involve developing and executing sales strategies that align with BitGo's business objectives. You will collaborate closely with the Head of Prime Brokerage and Institutional Sales to identify market trends and opportunities for growth. You will also engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their digital asset strategies. BitGo offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary ranging from $225,000 to $275,000, equity, and an annual performance bonus.
