Delinea is seeking a Partner Business Manager to serve as the main point of contact for named partner accounts. You'll collaborate with internal teams and partnership stakeholders to drive growth and success. This role requires strong communication and relationship management skills.

You have a proven track record in business development or account management, ideally within the technology or cybersecurity sectors. Your experience includes managing partner relationships and driving growth initiatives — you understand the importance of collaboration and communication in achieving mutual success. You are adept at navigating complex organizational structures and can effectively engage with various stakeholders to foster strong partnerships.

You possess excellent analytical skills, allowing you to assess market trends and identify opportunities for growth. Your ability to think strategically and execute tactically enables you to develop and implement effective business plans. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on results.

You are a team player who values diversity and inclusion, and you thrive in collaborative settings. Your interpersonal skills are exceptional, and you can build rapport with partners and colleagues alike. You are motivated by challenges and are eager to push boundaries in the pursuit of excellence.

Desirable

Experience in the identity security or cloud services industry is a plus. Familiarity with AI-powered technologies and their applications in business development will set you apart. You may also have a background in sales or marketing, which complements your business development expertise.

What you'll do

As a Partner Business Manager at Delinea, you will be the primary point of contact for named partner accounts, ensuring their needs are met and fostering strong relationships.
