What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development of OPSWAT's AI Insights go-to-market platform, designing and building AI-powered solutions that integrate with CRM and other critical business platforms. You will architect and implement multi-agent AI systems that analyze go-to-market data to drive efficiency and improve customer outcomes. Collaborating with the Digital Transformation Team, Customer Experience Team, and the Enterprise & Data Team, you will ensure that AI capabilities are effectively integrated across various systems. You will also be responsible for conducting research and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, applying this knowledge to enhance the company's offerings. Your contributions will play a crucial role in shaping the future of OPSWAT's AI initiatives and driving the company's mission to protect critical infrastructure.
