Software Engineer - Machine Learning

Who you are

You have a solid background in software engineering with a focus on machine learning — your experience includes designing and implementing AI/ML features that drive business intelligence solutions. You are proficient in Python and have a strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and data analysis techniques. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs.

You are familiar with cloud technologies and have experience deploying machine learning models in production environments — your knowledge of data pipelines and infrastructure will help you build scalable solutions. You understand the importance of data quality and are skilled at conducting experiments to validate your models. You are a proactive communicator, able to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Desirable

Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch is a plus, as is familiarity with data visualization tools. What you'll do

As a Machine Learning Engineer at Celonis, you will be responsible for designing and developing advanced AI/ML features for our products. You will collaborate with product managers and solution engineers to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Your role will involve building and optimizing machine learning models, ensuring they are robust and scalable for production use.

You will also work on enhancing the underlying infrastructure that supports our AI/ML capabilities — this includes developing data pipelines and integrating various data sources to improve model performance. You will participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall architecture of our systems, ensuring best practices are followed.
