You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the B2B sector, with at least 5 years of experience navigating complex sales cycles. Your ability to build trust quickly with diverse decision-makers sets you apart, and you thrive in environments where ambiguity is the norm. You are resilient and resourceful, always looking for innovative solutions to challenges that arise. Your consultative approach allows you to understand client needs deeply and provide tailored solutions that foster long-term partnerships. You are comfortable managing a high volume of prospects and can maintain a disciplined approach to forecasting and pipeline management using Salesforce. You are energized by the opportunity to contribute to the growth of a rapidly evolving market like Brazil.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the full sales cycle for Uber for Business's newest B2B suite of products, focusing on the SMB segment. You will be responsible for prospecting, pitching, and closing partnerships with high-potential companies, ensuring that you not only meet but exceed aggressive bi-annual and quarterly targets. You will own your territory and be proactive in identifying and eliminating barriers to client commitment. Your consultative approach will be key in probing for objections and providing tailored solutions that resonate with your clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless integration of Uber's offerings into client operations, helping to write the playbook for success in this dynamic region. Your role will also involve maintaining a robust pipeline and utilizing Salesforce to track progress and forecast sales accurately.
