You have a proven track record in hi-tech direct sales, ideally with experience in managing outbound sales teams throughout the entire sales cycle. Your familiarity with SaaS and Cloud technologies, along with your expertise in Salesforce, allows you to accurately forecast team performance and drive results. You are passionate about coaching and mentorship, motivated by helping your team grow and succeed in a rapidly changing marketplace. As a self-starter, you thrive in high-growth environments and are eager to continue learning and adapting.
