You understand the importance of continuous learning and have a knack for identifying development needs within teams. Your ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership is essential, as you will work closely with various stakeholders to achieve business goals. You thrive in environments that require creativity and innovation, and you are committed to fostering a culture of growth and excellence.

Desirable

A coaching or training qualification is preferred, but equivalent practical experience will also be considered. Familiarity with Apple's ecosystem is highly desirable, as it will enable you to design learning solutions that resonate with the company's values and customer experience goals.

What you'll do

In this pivotal role, you will champion a culture of continuous learning and growth within the retail customer care teams. You will assess learning needs and performance gaps, proactively identifying opportunities for development and translating them into creative, data-driven learning solutions. Your responsibilities will include designing and delivering impactful learning programs that empower employees to provide exceptional customer experiences. You will collaborate cross-functionally with quality, regional, and worldwide Learning & Development teams, as well as Retail Customer Care leadership, to enhance the overall customer experience.
