You have a proven track record in product marketing, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. You excel at bridging the gap between technical complexity and customer value, ensuring that product innovations translate into market leadership. Your strategic mindset allows you to define a vision and drive execution effectively, making you a key player in the organization. You thrive in high-leverage roles and are comfortable working with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate product narratives that resonate with customers and stakeholders alike. You are data-driven and understand how to leverage analytics to inform your marketing strategies and decisions.

What you'll do

As the Director of Product Marketing at Lob, you will own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for new solutions and product updates. This includes architecting the solution narrative and ensuring that all marketing materials align with the product's positioning.
