Centerfield is seeking an Onboarding Coordinator to manage the onboarding process for new hires in their high-volume Insurance division. This role requires strong organizational skills and a commitment to providing a welcoming experience for new employees.
You are an organized and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You have a passion for helping others and understand the importance of a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. You are comfortable managing multiple tasks and can effectively communicate with various stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition for new employees. You are adaptable and can accommodate EST business hours, making you a great fit for this remote role.
Experience in human resources or onboarding processes is a plus, but not required. Familiarity with digital marketing or customer acquisition can also be beneficial in understanding the company's mission and values.
As an Onboarding Coordinator, you will own the onboarding process for remote new hires across our high-volume Insurance division. You will orchestrate Day 1 activities, ensuring that new hires feel welcomed and prepared from the moment they accept their offer. You will manage the end-to-end onboarding process, which includes coordinating training sessions, preparing onboarding materials, and facilitating introductions to team members. Your role will involve supporting various People Operations initiatives, providing essential administrative support to enhance the onboarding experience. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the experience of our employees as they transition into their new roles and grow within the organization.
