You have a strong background in high-volume account management and sales — you've successfully managed multiple accounts and understand the nuances of client relationships. Your experience in the education sector or with interactive content is a plus, as you are passionate about transforming learning experiences. You are a proactive communicator who can engage with clients effectively, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions. You are adaptable and open to learning, ready to embrace the challenges of a rapidly evolving industry. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and are comfortable using analytics to inform your strategies.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their learning experiences. You will collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies that drive engagement and usage of D2L's interactive content solutions. You will analyze account performance metrics and provide insights to clients, helping them achieve their educational goals. You will also identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to enhance client value. Regularly, you will participate in client meetings and presentations, showcasing the benefits of D2L's offerings and gathering feedback for continuous improvement. Your role will involve staying updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure D2L remains a leader in the education technology space.
