What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. You will analyze account performance metrics and provide insights to clients, helping them achieve their educational goals. You will also identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to enhance client value. Regularly, you will participate in client meetings and presentations, showcasing the benefits of D2L's offerings and gathering feedback for continuous improvement. Your role will involve staying updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure D2L remains a leader in the education technology space.
