You are a strategic and experienced support leader with a proven track record in managing large technical support teams. You have a strong operational foundation and are excited about evolving support functions to be more strategic and scalable. Your leadership style empowers team leads and fosters a high-performing culture. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with senior leaders across various departments to enhance the support experience for clients. You understand the unique technical challenges faced by businesses and are motivated to tackle them effectively.

Desirable

Experience in the financial technology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with the needs of large, innovative businesses. You are comfortable with change management and have a knack for shaping strategy and creating structure within teams. Your ability to drive change and improve processes will be key to your success in this role.

What you'll do

As the Head of Technical Support for the Americas, you will lead a team of over 60 individuals across the U.S. and LATAM. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee all technical support activities in the region, ensuring that the support experience meets the needs of some of the largest businesses in the world. You will work closely with senior leaders in Support, Commercial, Product, and Operations to align strategies and improve service delivery. You will be instrumental in evolving the support function from a strong operational base to a more strategic and mature model that reflects Adyen's global ambitions. You will empower your team leads, helping them to develop their skills and drive performance within their teams. Your role will also involve identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes that enhance the overall support experience.
