NICE is seeking a Senior Professional Services Engineer to design and enhance enterprise-scale Actimize solutions for financial institutions. You'll collaborate with architects and business analysts, applying Agile and Waterfall methodologies. This role requires strong technical skills and experience in software development.
You have a strong background in software engineering with experience in designing and developing enterprise-scale solutions. You are comfortable working in multi-disciplinary teams and have a solid understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Your technical expertise allows you to address complex challenges and deliver high-quality solutions that meet client requirements. You enjoy mentoring junior team members and conducting code reviews to ensure best practices are followed. You are proactive in suggesting enhancements and improvements to existing systems, always aiming to exceed client expectations.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software features in line with design specifications and enterprise standards. You will collaborate closely with architects, business analysts, and clients to ensure that solutions are tailored to meet specific needs. Your responsibilities will include planning and performing unit and functionality testing to validate that solutions meet design requirements. You will interact with customers to address technical queries and support user acceptance testing, ensuring a smooth implementation process. Additionally, you will work independently with R&D, Professional Services, and Customer Support teams to resolve any issues that arise. Occasionally, you may need to work on client sites or in different time zones, providing flexibility in your work environment.
