You take ownership of your assigned shifts, ensuring that warehouse and kitchen processes run smoothly while maintaining safety and cleanliness. You are accountable for inventory, equipment, and other company assets, ensuring they are properly handled and protected from loss or theft. You understand the importance of delighting customers by executing orders accurately and communicating effectively when issues arise. You have experience guiding teams and ensuring they work safely and productively.

What you'll do

As a Shift Lead at DashMart, you will have shift responsibility for fulfilling orders in a warehouse environment. You will maintain inventory and, in some locations, prepare food in a light-prep kitchen. You will guide Operations Associates through their shifts, ensuring that the team works efficiently and safely. You will be responsible for training new team members and ensuring that all processes are followed correctly. You will also communicate with customers to resolve any issues that may arise during the order fulfillment process. Your leadership will help create a positive work environment where team members feel supported and motivated to perform their best.
