Experience in the IT infrastructure or security management sector is a plus, as is familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems. You have a knack for analyzing campaign performance and optimizing strategies based on data insights. A background in working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) or internal IT organizations will give you an edge in understanding Kaseya's customer base.

What you'll do

As the Demand Generation Manager, you will be responsible for fueling lead generation and pipeline growth for Kaseya's Endpoint business across North America and Latin America. You will develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive awareness and engagement, leveraging both digital and traditional marketing tactics. Your role will involve collaborating closely with sales and product teams to ensure alignment on messaging and goals. You will analyze campaign performance metrics to refine strategies and improve conversion rates, ensuring that marketing efforts translate into tangible business results.

You will also be tasked with managing budgets for demand generation initiatives, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to maximize ROI. Your ability to think creatively will be crucial as you explore new channels and tactics to reach potential customers. You will lead efforts to create compelling content that resonates with target audiences, working with content creators and designers to produce high-quality marketing materials.
