Overview

Kaseya is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to drive lead generation and pipeline growth for their Endpoint business across North America and Latin America. This role requires a hands-on marketer who can execute multi-channel campaigns effectively.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in demand generation, with at least 5 years of experience in marketing roles focused on lead generation and pipeline growth. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy balancing creative and analytical work. Your expertise in executing multi-channel campaigns that convert is essential for success in this role. You are results-driven and understand the importance of data in shaping marketing strategies. You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Desirable

Experience in the IT infrastructure or security management sector is a plus, as is familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems. You have a knack for analyzing campaign performance and optimizing strategies based on data insights. A background in working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) or internal IT organizations will give you an edge in understanding Kaseya's customer base.

What you'll do

As the Demand Generation Manager, you will be responsible for fueling lead generation and pipeline growth for Kaseya's Endpoint business across North America and Latin America. You will develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive awareness and engagement, leveraging both digital and traditional marketing tactics. Your role will involve collaborating closely with sales and product teams to ensure alignment on messaging and goals. You will analyze campaign performance metrics to refine strategies and improve conversion rates, ensuring that marketing efforts translate into tangible business results.
