CI&T is seeking a Mid Level Full Stack Engineer to drive digital transformation in the financial sector. You'll work with Angular or React and Java, focusing on user experience and continuous improvement. This role requires solid experience in TypeScript and agile methodologies.
You have solid experience with TypeScript, Angular 14+, and React, having worked on web applications that prioritize user experience. Your background includes a strong understanding of software development principles such as SOLID, KISS, YAGNI, DRY, and DDD. You thrive in agile environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient solutions. You are also experienced in guiding junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within your team. Your familiarity with version control tools like Git and GitHub is essential for maintaining code quality and collaboration. Additionally, knowledge of cloud services, particularly AWS, is a plus that enhances your profile.
In this role, you will be a key player in the digital transformation of Brazil's largest banking institution, not just adhering to established practices but actively contributing to the pursuit of technical excellence. You will focus on improving engineering processes and practices, ensuring that your solutions have a meaningful impact on user experience.
