ZoomInfo is seeking a Mid-Market Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts. You'll leverage Salesforce to maintain a healthy pipeline and deliver engaging product demos. This role requires strong sales skills and a focus on customer retention.

Who you are

You are a driven and enthusiastic individual with experience in account management, particularly in the mid-market segment. You thrive on driving growth and exceeding targets, and you understand the importance of building strong relationships with clients. Your ability to manage a portfolio of accounts effectively is complemented by your strategic thinking and creativity in identifying new opportunities. You are comfortable using tools like Salesforce to maintain accurate forecasts and a healthy pipeline. You enjoy collaborating with a dynamic team and are motivated by contributing to a high-performing environment.

Desirable

Experience in upselling and retaining customer accounts is a plus, as is familiarity with Clari or similar forecasting tools. You have a knack for delivering engaging online product demos that educate and inspire clients, helping them see the value in your offerings.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage a portfolio of roughly 100 existing customer accounts, focusing on retention and growth. You will use referrals and existing relationships to uncover new opportunities within your client base. Delivering engaging online product demos will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you aim to educate and convert clients. You will build accurate forecasts and maintain a healthy pipeline using Salesforce and Clari, ensuring that you are always aware of your account statuses and potential growth areas. Collaborating with your team, you will progress and close deals over the phone, identifying the right stakeholders within existing clients to maximize your impact. Your strategic thinking will help you expand multithreaded relationships within departments, allowing you to identify new opportunities across the wider customer organization.
