Xometry is seeking an Account Executive III to manage and convert inbound inquiries from customers. You'll focus on building relationships with Fortune 500 clients and aligning their needs with Xometry's solutions. This role requires strong collaboration and strategic planning skills.
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in managing inbound inquiries and converting them into successful business relationships. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with engineering staff and procurement teams to understand customer needs and align them with strategic objectives. Your achievement-oriented mindset drives you to exceed sales goals, and you are comfortable navigating the complexities of the manufacturing industry. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to present solutions effectively to both technical and executive stakeholders. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound inquiries from potential customers, primarily focusing on Fortune 500 companies. You will develop a deep understanding of their needs, from prototype parts to full production requirements. Your day-to-day activities will include initiating and building relationships with key stakeholders, including engineering staff and program management. You will set up sales calls and presentations for company executives and engineers, showcasing the value of Xometry's solutions. Strategic planning and roadmapping for enterprise accounts will be a significant part of your responsibilities, ensuring that you align Xometry's offerings with the strategic objectives of your clients. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure that customer needs are met and that you are providing the best possible service.
